It’s pretty hard to find all those things in a good location at a remotely affordable price.     Why are you moving?  I bought the flat using Help to Buy; I’m moving on to buy somewhere outright.     What do you love about the area? The location is two minutes’ walk from Priory Park; a few minutes’ walk to the middle of Crouch End; and a few minutes on a bus to Muswell Hill.  The high street itself has a nice, neighbourhood, feel, with a lot on offer within a few minutes’ walk of the flat.
