Comments from the owner What do you love most about your home? We love that it's so easy and convenient. The tube is 3 mins walk away down the bustling Hollway road which makes Maria feel secure. Downstairs we love that it's almost open-plan, it gives a sense of space and means we can potter in the kitchen while chattering to our daughter in the lounge, but the lounge and kitchen are just separate enough that kitchen clutter doesn't feel bad if we have dinner guests. In the lounge, the sunlight streams in from the South facing all glass patio doors. And sitting on the sofa is like being in the garden; the green of the terrace feels calm. We have felt so incredibly fortunate that there is a walled off-field garden beyond our terrace. Strangely our neighbours almost never use it and this gives a feeling of not being in the city; wood pigeons, foxes, flowers, it's great for a BBQ and for kids to play. In spring it even looks like a meadow. The loss of this field is the hardest part of our move! Oh and I love our new bathroom. Why are you moving? Upgrade more space and an investment. What do you love about the area? We love the area and we're staying. Well only moving 100m. We can be in Piccadilly for my favourite restaurant in about 15 mins door to door and I'm into work in 25 mins means more time with the family. We are very happy with the school our daughter is at and every Saturday morning we hop on a 43 bus to Upper Street for the great restaurants and eggs benedict.
