Top things you love about your home and the area
1. Natural Light and Air Flow - the house is always lovely and bright as the big windows throughout mean it's flooded with natural light. The house always seems to keep to a really comfortable temperature too because it's a modern building. It's cosy in the winter and holds the heat (which is great at keeping costs down) but we also get a lovely fresh breeze and flow of air when we open up the roof terrace during the summer months.
2. Roof Terrace - it's so lovely to have a space for BBQs, sunbathing and the occasional evening drink. It's not overlooked and is unusually quiet as it's high up relative to the rest of the neighbourhood. We love the views across to Alexandra Palace on one side, and down to the Shard on the other… You get some pretty incredible sunsets!
3. Design and use of space - every inch of space we have is used and really 'works' in the house. Things like built-in wardrobes and units, under stair storage etc make life easier.
4. Equidistant from Upper Street, Angel, Kings Cross and Coal Drops Yard - so many restaurants, bars, shops and transport to choose from. We are spoilt for choice in the area! The local store round the corner run by a lovely family; incredibly friendly and they seem to sell everything…and if they don't have it, they'll lend you their own!

How busy is the road, is it quiet at night? The road is predominantly used by cyclists as it is part of the main cycle route into and out of the city (North to South). I used to pass the house when I cycled to work from my previous place. The nights and midday are very quiet.
