What do you love most about your home? Everything, seriously, if we did not need more space for a growing family, we wouldn't be moving!

The double-story ground to ceiling doors/windows give us an incredible amount of light even in the stormiest of the days which we find invaluable in London but also magical watching the rain fall across our patio and the large communial grounds. Our mezzanine, is our favorite room as it allows you for an amazing view of the internal park. It's cosy, warm and full of light but above all, our home is incredibly silent. We also benefit from not having anyone downstairs or upstairs (except for the master bedroom, above which there is our neighbors' bedroom). Once you enter the door you feel automatically relaxed by the natural light and the park facing the flat.

Our Patio, which we filled with plants, where we have sunny breakfasts (one of our favourite moments because the park is empty and the space is very quiet), with light from early morning until early afternoon is a godsend but we also benefit from the communal gardens for residents only. It is perfect for pic-nics, exercising and for children to play. It has been a blessing in the lock-down. We benefit from the fact that we can also access it directly via our patio on the ground.

We also benefit from a gym with a swimming pool looking at the sky. There is a Fitness First gym located inside the development, which is incredibly handy and offers all sorts of classes. They also have a swimming pool with a glass roof. It's very relaxing to swim while looking at the sky.

Finally, 24/7 concierge service. We feel incredibly safe thanks to the concierges that look after the estate all the time. They also collect our parcels and look after our keys, allowing access to our flat to the people that we indicate (e.g. cleaner, etc.).

We love, love, LOVE it here!

Why are you moving? We are moving to a bigger place as we are considering increasing the family. We would have never moved away from here if we had a third bedroom.

What do you love about the area? The Highbury stadium community is incredibly helpful, with lots of people willing to help each other, exchange items and ideas. We made friends very easily. We are also around the corner from Highbury Park independent shops. We have the leisure of being surrounded by amazing local shops that offer italian delicatessen (Da Mario), cheese from all over the world (La Fromagerie), the best meat you can find (Godfreys), fresh fish (Bourne's) and a wide selection of organic fruits and vegetable (Seasons & Blossoms). There are also several coffee places that make a great brunch (Beam) and a bunch of great restaurants (Westerns Laundry). At the same time it is so close to the buzz of Dalston, Hackney and the convenience of restaurants and shops of Upper Street. There are two amazing parks next door: Highbury Park and Clissold Park (our favourite), where we go every weekend to meet friends, run, have a coffee, play tennis and our son has football classes too. Last but not least, Arsenal tube station is at a four minute walk from our door. Ref: ISL
