We love the high ceilings, the amount of light at the beginning and end of every day, the wooden floors and the massive bedroom. It has a lovely homely but modern feel as soon as you walk in, which people often comment on. We have lived in the flat for around 6 years, which is a testament to its qualities. Why are you moving? We are moving (reluctantly!) because we fancy a change of location and an extra bedroom. What do you love about the area? We are only 5 minutes from Highbury Fields in one direction, 10 minutes from Clissold Park in another, and 15 minutes from Finsbury Park directly north, so whatever the season or weather it is great to get out and about. Plus it is very handy for walking the dog. Highbury Barn with Highness cafe, Godfrey′s butchers, Mrs Lovell′s greengrocers and La Fromagerie is superb.
