The location/area: 3 minutes walk to the tube and excellent transport connections. Local amenities with bars, restaurants and shops. The property is a stone's throw from Waterlow Park which leads to Hampstead Heath, It is also very close to Highgate Village.

The interior: Being a top floor dual aspect flat the property has plenty of natural light with views across London. A lot of care and thought has been put into the refurbishment, with high spec finishes. There are a number of bespoke design features.

The community: not only do I get on well with the neighbours but there are also the shop and Cafe owners who all know each other and are always happy to chat or lend a hand. This also feeds into the sense of security.

Three things we love about the area...
- There are too many to mention here, it should be a top 10! I love walking through Waterlow Park (the best park in London) to Highgate Village and on to Hampstead Heath. This corner of London is very picturesque.
- St Johns pub on Junction Road with its superb food- especially Sunday Roasts! The Japanese restaurant next door with its chicken Karaage.
- The community- the shopkeepers and cafe workers who are always happy to chat, the markets in Archway square with its street food and vintage vinyl.

Why are you selling? Reluctantly moving out of London to own a larger property

What's the area like? Fantastic, as described above. It has everything you need in one place from the bars and restaurants to the green open spaces. Plus the closeness to the tube and central London.

What is parking like? On-street parking, a permit can be obtained from Islington's online portal.

How busy is the road, is it quiet at night? It is a narrow road which is sometimes busy, sometimes there is no traffic at all. It goes quiet at night.

I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property? I haven't worked from there, but so long as you have a desk this should be fine.

What's the internet like? There is a fibre connection on that Road so broadband is fast\

What's the boiler like? High spec Vaillant installed in 2019. It has had only light use since it was fitted

Are we able to do any work/extensions? No extensions would be possible as this is a top floor flat.
