What do you love most about your home?
- I love how comfortable my flat is, the accent wall in the living area is a real standout feature and the large windows really bring in the light. The lovely kitchen with its great amenities, like the washer-dryer and the inbuilt dishwasher, have also made my life a lot easier.
- The exceptionally practical layout of my flat makes it easy to have friends or family stay over, since all rooms have a separate entrance. The second bedroom could also be used as a study or a children's room (which is what it was before I moved in). I particularly love that both bedrooms are very quiet since they both look out over the backyard and the inbuilt wardrobe in the bedroom with a lot of hidden storage space is really handy too.
- The flat, being a first floor flat, is in the middle of the building which means it really doesn't require much heating in the winter and there's also very little noise from neighbours, since the upstairs neighbours.
- I'm glad that this was my living space during the pandemic, I was able to very comfortably work from home here, go for walks around the area and in parks to get out and also relax in the evening.

Why are you moving?
I'm moving back to my home country, Austria to be closer to my friends and family and whilst I would love to, unfortunately I can't take my flat with me.
