What do you love most about your home? We love the big living room: the high ceilings and large bay window provide so much light in the day, whilst the wood-burner in the fireplace and open brickwork makes it feel so cosy in the evenings. The south-facing terrace gets lots of sun and is surrounded by greenery, providing a gorgeous outdoor space for some peace and privacy.

Why are you moving? We are looking to move to a family-sized house, though we will be very sad to leave our beautiful home that we love.

What do you love about the area? We absolutely love the area; being right in the middle of Stoke Newington and Dalston provides the absolute best of both worlds. At the end of our road we have our favourite local coffee shop where we go for breakfast, lunch and often to work - the staff know us by name and give us free goodies from time to time! We also have access to a range of local grocers selling great produce, a farmers' market at the weekends, as well as being a short walk from Sainsbury's, Tesco and The Cooperative. We are a stone's throw from the heart of Stoke Newington which is full of local restaurants, stylish bars and a village feel, and a short walk from Dalston where we can access shopping, even more restaurants and lively markets full of great local produce. We are a short walk from Hackney Downs which has tennis and basketball courts as well as further local coffee shops and village-feel pubs, as well as being a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Clissold Park where we can visit the deer park.
