Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home? The abundance of natural light and space is incredible and has particularly made a difference during lockdown. We love the kitchen's floor to ceiling windows over looking our garden, which has an amazing cherry tree. It's a great space in the summer months and we've loved having the doors open and enjoying a drink on the balcony.

The oak flooring throughout makes the flat feel warm & light and there is lots of space to entertain. With a young family, the two large bedrooms have been really useful and there is easily the potential to add a 3rd bedroom.

Why are you moving? Unfortunately, we are leaving Stoke Newington to be closer to family

What do you love about the area? The location is amazing, on our doorstep we have Church street, with all of the restaurants, cafes & pubs Stoke Newington has to offer, and via rectory road station (2 minutes walk) we are incredible well connected to central London (Liverpool St in 12 minutes & Seven sisters in 6 minutes (Victoria line)).

With regards to outdoor space, we are spoilt for choice, from Clissold Park, Hackney Downs, Stoke Newington Common & London Fields all within easy walking distance. As a young family, Stoke Newington is incredible and we've benefited from proximity to Clissold park leisure centre & the various playgrounds.

Evering Road itself has an amazing sense of identity and the community was recently featured in the Guardian. We have loved living here, from the cafe opposite (Bake Street with its amazing Banana Bread), to the original street art opposite (genuine Thierry Nori painting). Ref: ISL
