What do you love most about your home?
We love the size and the layout of the flat, it's a great space for entertaining friends! The flat has loads of storage and two good sized en-suite bedrooms which is perfect for visitors and despite its central Dalston location, our flat is really peaceful! We love sitting out on the large balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening.
The block is very friendly, and we've loved getting to know our neighbours especially through lockdown! There is a great sense of community here.

Why are you moving?
We are expecting the pitter patter of tiny feet later this year and we've reluctantly decided to move out of London to be closer to family!

What do you love most about the area?
It's such a vibrant place to live but also incredibly central! We are just off the Kingsland Road in Dalston on the doorstep of Stoke Newington to the North and Islington to the West. It's super handy for work and meeting friends being only 20 minutes from the City or Central London!
There are amazing cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance! Some of our favourites right on our doorstep include the cocktail bar High Water, Viva the Mexican serving tacos and margaritas and Allpress coffee roastery
There is plenty of green space to explore too. We love walking our dog to Hackney Downs, Clissold Park and Butterfield Green or going a little further afield to Hackney Wick and Victoria Park!
