Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home? This has been my home for twenty two amazing years. With its suntrap of a south-facing garden and very spacious accommodation and newly remodeled bathroom, I've been very happy here. The house retains many original features and has a great character about it while being bought up to date with energy-saving features such as double glazed windows, condensing boiler, and solar panels. The local neighborhood has a real community feel and we will miss the great friends we have made locally.

Why are you moving? Lovely and grand as the house is we are downsizing and relocating to Ireland where I was born.

What do you love about the area? We love Stoke Newington's vibe and diversity and the easy access to the eclectic patisseries, bars, coffee shops, and other independent traders available on the High St and Church St. Getting further afield is easy with great bus links to the city and west end with overground rail services a ten minute walk away at Stoke Newington, Rectory Road, and Dalston. Should add that the house has hosted many happy gatherings in the past and is a perfect place to enjoy catching up with friends over a BBQ or dinner and having family over for a London city break. More recently it has come into its own as the perfect work-from-home setting.
