The owner says What do you love most about your home? - There are lots of things I will miss about this flat! I absolutely love that as I'm on the 5th floor I get the sun on my balcony from lunchtime right up until sunset - so I've made the most of alfresco dining and spent many evenings out there watching some fantastic sunsets with a glass of wine in hand! I also like the fact my flat and the building is quiet. I never hear the neighbours. The building is well insulated for noise, but it also helps that I have nobody above me or on one side. An added bonus to the excellent insulation means I rarely put the heating on, even in winter which is great for keeping bills low. It's a nice building with lots of young professionals and everyone is very friendly. I will miss it. Why are you moving? - The only reason for moving is that my boyfriend and I are buying a home together and we are moving outside of London. What do you love about the area? - Downhills Park is less than 10 mins walk and is great for hanging out in and for running too. There's a really good small supermarket (2 mins walk) with an incredible range of fruit and veg, freshly baked bread, plus lots of organic products. I love the farmers market on Tottenham Green (each Sunday) plus some lovely coffee shops and pubs have opened up in the area which I'll really miss. Blighty coffee shop on the High Road is great, as is Cafe Lemon on West Green Road, and a new craft beer and pizza pub 'True Craft' opened around the corner last year and is a great local hangout. Stoke Newington, Islington, Finsbury Park and Crouch End are quick and easy to get to from here and it's been great being so close to these places. The Victoria line is close by and I can get to the West End in 30 mins door to door - sometimes less. I'll miss that when living outside of London!
