What do we love most about your home?
This flat has a ridiculous amount of storage, which is a huge plus for a flat in central London. We also love the floor-to-ceiling windows and all of the natural light - makes the place feel really breezy and bright, which is especially lovely in the summer with the balcony doors open!

Why are you moving?
It's a classic story, but we need the extra space! We're looking to grow the family and that's just not possible without another bedroom.

What do we love about the area?
Gosh, what don't we love? It's two minutes away from the Regent's Canal, which is beautiful and charming to walk along at all times of the year. Our local, the Rosemary Branch, is amazing - seriously good food and a great choice of drinks to match. Nothing beats a quick stroll over to Shoreditch Park for a picnic in the sun. Hackney Council has made a major commitment to redevelop and revitalise the whole area so it's all on the up-and-up.
It's also within walking distance of the City, which has been a big deal since both of us work for startups in Shoreditch and Bank and these days the Tube and other transit options just aren't that appealing.
