What do you love most about your home? We love the design of the place - everything has been thought through and done really nicely. Everything has a clean and modern feel to it. We love the open plan kitchen, we have had so many lovely dinner parties at our place. There's also a ton of inbuilt closet and storage space. The building has a lovely community, we had paddling pool parties and courtyard drinks during the summer and brunch and mulled wine with the neighbours in the winter. The neighbourhood is also wonderful, and we will miss it dearly!

Why are you moving? We have a toddler boy and are (very reluctantly) moving into a larger family home.

What do you love about the area? We're close to the lovely, quiet garden squares and parks of Barnsbury and we're also a two-minute walk away from everything on Upper Street - countless restaurants and brunch stops, great coffee shops, three cinemas and fantastic shopping. There's the Waitrose, Sainsbury's and M&S just down the road and there's Moxon's, Made in Little France, Le Coq Epicier, Pistachio & Pickle, Neals Yard and Turner & George for the special treats. The Pig & Butcher next door serves what is possibly London's best roast (enormous queues on Sundays, but there are certain neighbourly benefits...). Gibson Square is a fabulous spot for picnicking or outdoor yoga in the sunny months. All this, and you're only 20 minutes away from Oxford Circus or the City, and have both Angel station and Highbury & Islington within close walking distance. If we didn't have a child, we would stay here for a lot, lot longer
