What do you love most about your home? - The flat has been a wonderful home with many great memories hosting friends and family. We love the space, its not overlooked being end of terrace and Is very bright with great light. The layout over one floor really makes it feel spacious, especially with the open plan kitchen leading directly onto the terrace and large shared garden. The banana trees have become a bit of a local attraction! The space has huge flexibility with the bifold doors creating an additional bedroom or second office and hallway utility area
Why are you moving? - Work has forced the move but we hope to return to De Beauvoir
What do you love about the area? - The flat is in the best location and within walking distance of boutiques, restaurants and bars around Upper Street, Shoreditch and Dalston. The De Beauvoir Deli with it's super fresh vegetables and bread is our go to on a daily basis and the De Beauvoir Arms which is opposite the deli we proudly call our local, with it being 3 minutes walk away from the flat. Sweet Thursdays has great lunch offers and we have taken family and friends there numerous times. Rosemary Gardens is also very close where we like to play tennis and enjoy their extensive sports centre. Running/walking along the canal to Victoria park or Kings Cross is also a unique route with a beautiful scenery that we will for sure miss a lot. The community around De Beauvoir is great with friendly neighbours and we have always felt very safe here. It's a quiet area especially with the newly introduced road closures and cycle highways
