What do you love most about your home? We've loved living here for the last 5 years. The maisonette has beautifully proportioned, spacious rooms and feels like a house. Our living room overlooks the landscaped garden area on Pitfield St so the view has plenty of green in it! The room has enough space for a large dining table for entertaining and our large sofa for relaxing. The floors and ceilings are built in concrete so the place feels very sound-proofed, solid and warm. The light throughout is excellent and there is lots of generous open space around the hall and stairs. It's been great living in the heart of Hoxton but still having enough space for storage and being able to go upstairs to bed! Everyone who comes over the threshold always comments on the original mid century parquet flooring.

Why are you moving? We are looking for a place where we can grow our family and with a garden for our little daughter to play in.

What do you love about the area? We're a couple working in the creative industries so we've loved having Shoreditch, Old Street and Hoxton on tap as well as being close to central London. All our favourite things are within walking distance such as The George & Vulture pub, Friends of Ours, Curious Yellow Kafe, an organic food shop as well as Hoxton Square, Shoreditch Park and all the cool shops in Shoreditch. The community around here is really strong and we enjoy a chat with the local cafe/shop owners on a daily basis.
