The area has a genuine sense of community, so it's a great place to stay as well as a convenient place to travel from. The great primary school 2 mins walk away has served our children well and work-wise. Canary Wharf is just a 20 minute bike ride - look no fares! It's the kind of area you get attached to, for the people and the facilities. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there's minimal traffic noise - additionally there's very little traffic in the surrounding area as its not really a through-route.
