Looking out onto a quiet pedestrianised path which is so rare in London. The huge window in the living room brings in loads of natural light, we can see the sunsetting from our sofa. There is a good community feel in the building with everyone helping each other out with post etc. The roof terrace is perfect for hosting dinner parties and growing veg as it catches the morning sunlight. Added benefits to the block are that it has a communal garden and secure internal bike storage. Why are you moving? We are reluctantly leaving this lovely flat as we have a growing family and need an extra bedroom for our baby. What do you love about the area? The area has so much on offer. We love getting fresh bread from E5 bakery, pastries from Pophams, and delicious cakes from violets. Broadway market, Victoria Park and London fields are minutes away. Hackney picture house is round the corner as is the food hall 'Well street market'. The flat is really well located for transport with London fields station and Hackney Central moments away.
