What do you love most about your home? We love that it is such a quiet and calm building. We love the open and social spaces of the kitchen/living room and the south west facing balcony which gives us sun most of the day and evening.

What do you love about the area?
We love that it is so close to the water, we often take walks along the river and Greenland dock, stop off by the Surrey Docks Farm and get a coffee and pastry. We also love a pancake brunch at The Pear Tree restaurant! It's also great to be so close to two great parks (Russian Dockland behind the building which is great to walk through and relax in) and the big Tesco for ease of food shopping.

In addition, there are some really cozy pubs around - The Mayflower being our favourite. It's also a great walk down to Tower Bridge, and really great transport access with the Jubilee line it's quick to get to central London or Stratford Shopping / O2 / Canary Wharf, and the overground to East London / Shoreditch. Also a great commute to the city, and we quite often walk / run home from work. There is also a gym / water sports centre close by (just across Greenland Dock), and Tennis courts / football pitches nearby, which we often go to. Golf driving range is also just 2 stops away at North Greenwich.
