What the owner says:
What do you love most about the flat?
We love the open plan kitchen/living and dining area with high ceilings, and of course the large private garden, which is great for entertaining friends. We have installed artificial turf and an attractive decking area which makes for a low maintenance and relaxing space. The Venetian blinds at the front of the flat look great and always get compliments from friends. The flat keeps cool in the summer and is cosy warm in the winter - the perfect combination.
Why are you selling?
We are selling to upsize and start a family home outside of London.
What do you love about the area?
The location is amazing - to have Greenwich Park, Greenwich Village, Blackheath, the O2 and all the restaurants and shops that go with it, all within walking distance is a huge attraction. The travel connections are unbelievably good too, as we have a mainline train station 3 minutes from the flat which has direct trains into London Bridge, Cannon Street, Farringdon and King Cross. The Jubilee line is close by too which is one stop from Canary Wharf and 6 stops from Waterloo. The bus connections are superb too, with several stops seconds away. Even though it’s located so close to central London, Greenwhich has a leafy, family-friendly feel which can be seen in the continuous investment in the area.
