A wonderful first floor two bedroom flat with off street parking now available.  Comments from the vendors: What do you love most about your home? We have loved living in our first marital home! We love our cosy living room with big windows which brings in a lot of natural sunlight. We also like having a separate kitchen area - perfect for hiding the mess from our culinary experiments from our frequent dinner party guests! Why are you moving? We both come from large families who often visit so we are moving to a bigger home to accommodate our guests. We also hope to grow our family in the future. What do you love about the area? The best thing about living here is our proximity to beautiful nature. We have Walthamstow Wetlands at our doorstep and we have the gorgeous River Lea flowing right next to us. Great for weekend walks or cycling trips! We are also just 7 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale Station which can get you to Central London in 15 minutes and Stansted Airport in 30 minutes. Perfect if you are keen travellers like we are! We have also greatly benefited from being close to Walthamstow (where there are many great cafes and restaurants), Epping Forest (which is just a short bus ride away) and Stratford (Olympic Park and Westfield). We are going to miss living in Bream Close but we believe it will be a fantastic home for the next owner(s)!
