We have great helpful neighbours. We have a lovely high street and thereâ€Â²s lots of shopping and services at Barnet Spires shopping centre also on the high street Thereâ€Â²s a Waitrose, Sainsburyâ€Â²s, Iceland on the high street and Tesco Express near New Barnet in the other direction. We are also only a 10 minute drive from an abundance of great restaurants at Whetstone such as Tootoomoo (the Japanese restaurant that my friends also enjoy and look forward to because they havenâ€Â²t got one as good in their neighbourhoods), Bayleaf (Indian) and Carpe diem (one of Londonâ€Â²s best places for brunch). These are just our favourites, there are a lot more there. Thereâ€Â²s a lovely local cinema, Everyman Cinema not far from the underground.
