Property Details:
Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage, leading into the bright and spacious reception room with door out onto private balcony and ample space for relaxing and dining. The separate kitchen comprises a modern range of matching white fronted wall, base and drawer units with work surfaces incorporating inset sink unit, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven below, and further space for appliances. There are two well sized double bedrooms, each with space for free-standing furniture, plus a modern family bathroom with white three piece suite.
The property is superbly located close to London Fields station, as well as Homerton and Hackney Central stations. Stratford and Stratford International stations are also just slightly further afield, all providing unrivalled cross-London and inter-city connections. Numerous regular bus routes link the surrounding area, and the property is also ideally located for an array of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as the impressive Westfield Shopping centre, beautiful Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes. Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We've loved our nearly five years in the flat because it's bright and airy in the summer, and warm and cosy in the winter. Big windows along the west side of the flat mean it always feels light, and the west-facing balcony is an absolute dream for sitting out and enjoying the sun. The second bedroom is easily big enough to have been both a home office for me as well as a guest bedroom for when people come to stay. The quirky hatch between the kitchen and sitting room really opens the living space up!

Why are you moving?
We've just had a baby, so we are moving out of London to be closer to parents.

What do you love about the area?
We're less than 10 minutes' walk from Victoria Park, London Fields and Broadway Market and there can scarcely be a more densely populated area of fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants in the whole of the country. Maybe I'm biased but Victoria Park has to be the best park in London, with its two lovely cafes; numerous ponds, lakes and playgrounds; and too many pubs to count that circle the park. In the other direction, we're 5 minutes from the independent shops and eateries of Well Street - my particular favourite is brunch at the Well Street Kitchen.

The transport links are absolutely brilliant: we're 10 minutes from London Fields station which gets you into Liverpool Street in 12 minutes and then on to the West End in under half an hour. Hackney Central overground is 10-15 minutes' walk away and there are bus stops all around. If you drive, the A12 is 5 minutes' drive away and gets you south of the river or up onto the M25 in no time at all.
