Comments from the owner:

Top 3 things you love about your home
1. Bathroom - the rainfall shower in the morning and having a bath in the evening.
2. Garden - it's a suntrap and sitting with a coffee and a book surrounded by greenery is one of my favourite things to do.
3. The light - it's amazing due to the south-facing aspect.
4. The decor and details. As a taster: Fired Earth tiles in the bathroom, solid wood floors throughout, Brita water filter tap in the kitchen. All appliances are at least A+ efficiency.

Three things we love about the area...
The community. There is a real mix of people and backgrounds. Lots of creative, friendly and supportive people live here. Brilliant neighbours.
Walking on the marshes. There are endless walks in miles of green space right on your doorstep.
Chatsworth Road and all its independent coffee shops, homeware shops and delis, plus the market at the weekend.

Q&A

Why are you selling? Family circumstances.
What's the area like? It's fantastic. Blok up the road for fitness classes, SoDo for Sourdough Pizza - endless independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Miles of green space on your doorstep - perfect if you like walking, running, cycling or have a dog to take out for a walk.
There's also lots to do in the surrounding area - Chatsworth Road is a short walk, plus, you're also near Broadway Market, Columbia Road (for the flower market on Sunday) and Stoke Newington Church Street.
What is parking like? Private, numbered car parking space for each flat and bike hangers for cyclists.
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night? It's a private road and a dead end, so very little traffic.
I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property? Super fast broadband and great coffee shops nearby - so get a good coffee before you sit down for the day's calls!
What's the internet like? Very high speed.
What's the boiler like? It's five years old and very efficient.
Are we able to do any work/extensions? It's a purpose built block of flats so no extensions can be added to the flat.
