Top 3 things you love about your home
. Spacious with a great layout, generously sized rooms arranged over three floors.
. South-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days, and creating a lot of natural light in the living room.
. At the end of the block and with the back of the property facing onto a cul-de-sac, which means the property feels quite tranquil and not overlooked.
Three things we love about the area...
. The River Lea is 5 mins walk away which links a chain of nearby green spaces: Millfields Park, Hackney & Walthamstow Marshes & Springfield Park (great views from the top). After a short stroll, you can watch the cows grazing the marshes, a paddock full of horses or at the Herons from the bird hides at the Waterworks nature reserve.
.The local pub, The Crooked Billet (5 mins walk) has one of the best beer gardens in London. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - (Sodo, My Neighbours The Dumplings, Uchi to name a few). Shopping and getting brunch on Chatsworth Road market on Saturdays is another highlight.
.You can choose to stay local and explore Hackney, or Clapton overground station is less than 10 mins walk away which takes you to Liverpool St.in 15mins or Walthamstow Central in 5mins.
