What do you love most about your home?
The private garden gets the afternoon sun. The flat makes the most of its footprint with lots of storage options. Fantastic location with lots to do in the local area and great transport links.

I am hoping to stay in around the area but with a little more space to work from home more often.

Columbia Road flower market, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away while Haggerston Park and London Fields are close by for open space and sports. Lots of great restaurants can be found on Hackney Road including Morito, The Laughing Heart, The Marksman and Sager and Wild. Easy access to cycle routes into the city and central London and the London Overground at Hoxton is just a few minutes away. The Premises cafe and recording studio is just on the corner so great for fryups and celebrity spotting.
