What do you love most about your home?
We really love the open plan living / dining area. It is such a good space. The large bathroom is another of our favourite spaces. It is such a lovely home for new couples / young families or first time buyers.

Why are you moving?
We are a growing family and therefore need more space and are also looking to move to be closer to family. We have loved the 10 years that we have had the house and have invested a lot into it - we are sure it will continue to be a beloved home for whomever buys it next.

What do you love about the area?
The area is very much up and coming and has many advantages. Transport links for train / tube, bus and car are fantastic. Wood st station is less than 10 mins walk which gets you into liverpool st in 20 mins. Walthamstow Central is c. 15 mins walk providing access to the fantastic Victoria line. Access to the M11, A406 and M25 is very easy. Wood Street itself has had a lot of investment in recent years and the convenience factor of having such great places to eat as well as grocery shops on your doorstep is amazing. You will find a French bakery, Turkish restaurant, African steak restaurant, pizzerias, Caribbean restaurant, Indian restaurant, Palestinian restaurant and your local chippy and pubs all within 5 mins walk - you will never need to cook again if you so desire! Tesco express as well as Co-op, local fresh fruit and veg stores including an organic one all on your doorstep. Woodside Primary Academy is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and is just around the corner. Walthamstow Village and Park areas are within walking distance so plenty of spaces to spend time with family or to get on the bikes and explore.
