What do you love most about your home?
We love how light the flat is - it's dual aspect in the main room and we particularly love the big windows, and the way you can see trees out of every window.
It's got really good storage, including two storage units and loads of indoor cabinets, which is really handy for keeping the place tidy.
We first moved in because there's so much more space than in most flats in Walthamstow - including big bedrooms and an extra room which has made a great home office and spare room but could also be used as a child's bedroom. The private shared garden has been a big plus during lockdown - we spent a lot of time in the summer months sitting out there reading.
Why are you moving?
We're sorry to leave but are moving into a house to move up the property ladder
What do you love about the area?
It's a really quiet cul-de-sac with a great feel to it - with lots of trees and (ultra-rare) free parking. We really love how close we are to everything here - including a short walk to the Village, Walthamstow Central, and Wood Street. Our favourite spots are the Nag's Head just this side of the Village and the new Chocolatine Bakery on Wood Street. It's also close to several great schools and colleges.
An incredibly bright and spacious first floor flat offering 2 double bedrooms and a further guest room/home office or extra reception space. With a separate kitchen, dual aspect lounge and plenty of storage this flat has an exceptional amount of space and would be ideal for a first time buyer or buy to let investor. It also benefits from access to an enclosed communal garden.
