What do you love most about your home?

I love the natural light afforded in the rooms, particularly the living room that looks out onto the garden. It's a real blank canvas upon which I, and others, could put their own mark and make it feel homely. I also really love the location, just a stone's throw from the village, a short walk to Walthamstow Central in one direction, and likewise to the cafes and restaurants of nearby Wood Street in the other.

Why are you moving?

I'm moving to be a little closer to family, and in the process planning to move to a larger home where I could potentially start a family in the years to come.

What do you love about the area?

There's so much right on my doorstep, whether it's the amazing neon lights in God's Own Junkyard to the numerous local breweries, every corner of the local area stirs up fond memories for me. As a huge foodie, I've spent 3 years exploring local cuisine (a personal favourite is tacos from 'Homies on Donkeys'), and yet I feel like I've only just scratched the surface of what the area has to offer. Walking through Walthamstow Village on a Sunday morning and feeling transported away from the usual hustle and bustle of London is a luxury I never thought I'd have somewhere with such amazing transport links.
