What do you love most about your home?

We absolutely love the high ceilings and natural light that comes through the large windows. All the rooms are spacious and airy, but the living room with the large bay window is definitely our favourite. The trees outside the window change with the seasons, and provide the most beautiful backdrop. We've decorated the flat to feel really homely and cosy, and always love spending time here. The location was definitely the icing on the cake for us. 3 minutes from Walthamstow station, so you can get into central London in 20 minutes and Walthamstow Village is on your doorstep.

Why are you moving?

Our family is growing so we're looking to move further out for a bit more space. We're going to miss our flat and it's amazing location terribly.

What do you love about the area?

The flat is located 3 minutes from Walthamstow Village and boy are we going to miss it so much! It sounds clichéd, but it really does have such a community vibe to it. From Hucks, our favourite coffee shop where they all know our order, to the chicken burgers at Eat17. Not to mention the odd cheeky glass of wine at Parish Wines or pint at The Castle, it literally has everything you need on your doorstep. We have spent many a summer evening at the breweries at Ravenswood, which we would definitely recommend! We also love going for runs around Lloyd Park or Hollow Ponds. Despite being so close to central London on the tube, it also feels like you're away from all the hustle and bustle.
