What do you love most about your home?

The hallway was a big selling point for us! It makes the property feel so much bigger. But most of all our favourite part of the property is the Garden which we had landscaped earlier this year. It's so wonderful to have our own little peaceful outdoor space away from the bustle of London. The garden is a sun trap and we have loved using it to entertain friends and also to use the projector for movie nights during the summer! It's been brilliant to convert one of the rooms to an office space for us both this year. The flat feels very spacious and we are lucky to get such natural light.

Why are you moving?

We are looking to purchase a bigger home outside of London and move onto the next stage of our life back in Bristol

What do you love about the area?

Walthamstow has been a really wonderful first home for us and its created so many memories. Waltham forest really does live up to its name with so many beautiful open spaces to visit right on your doorstep- from the marshes, lloyd park and most importantly the Wetlands! Over the last 5 years it's been amazing to see how many independent local businesses have opened up within walking distance. From our favourite local area the Hare & Hounds and their fantastic firepits, to Crate brewery down the road, not forgetting all the new independent coffee houses and working spaces. Walthamstow village and the community will always be close to our heart and are certain the area can create more memories for new homeowners.
