What the seller says:
What do you love most about your home?
The open plan kitchen/dinning/family room is a great space to be in. It's East facing so gets wonderful morning sun while remaining light though-out the day due to the roof light and glass bifolds on to the garden. Opening up the bifold completely transforms the feel of the room as well and gives great indoor/outdoor flow. I like having a victorian look but with modern insulation and heating meaning it's very warm and cosy, particularly in the snug. Afternoon sun in the main bedroom is great too. Having massive amounts of storage in the loft (which is full height with boarded floorboards) is such a change for London, I finally felt like I didn't have to feel cramped in or constantly be searching for places to store stuff.
What do you love about the area?
Walthamstow is great for its transport links and plenty of green space. Definitely worth checking out the cycling and walking paths through the Walthamstow Marshes and around the canal and waterworks. In terms of the house's position, it's great being roughly equal distance between Waltham Village and Lloyd Park/William Morris Gallery (which are the two areas I spend the most time at in Walthamstow). The supermarket is on the way home from the park and station so that's handy too.
