The Warner street is very attractive and tree-lined. We love the big kitchen and the bay window. There's also a spectacular view from the top floor.

We feel very lucky to have a beautiful park with a greats kids playground and a cafe, the Hare & Hounds pub and Aldi all within walking distance. We love popping to Crate at St James for a coffee. We have easy access to Walthamstow village, Clapton, the Wetlands and Hackney Marshes. The cycle lanes are amazing and go all the way to Epping Forest.

We are in the catchment area for 3 outstanding primary schools and our children have been to the amazing outdoor Forest School (Little Learners in Nature) at St Saviours. Lea Bridge station goes to Stratford in 7 minutes.
