What do you love most about your home?

We bought this property as first time buyers and have been very happy here. It is situated in such a quiet cul-de-sac, with private residents off street parking, communal gardens, and the neighbours in the development are lovely. The flat itself has served us brilliantly, with neutral décor and large windows that provide plenty of natural light, giving it a light and airy feel. The kitchen has recently been re-done, and the bathroom has also been renovated, as well as double glazed windows just before we purchased the flat in 2018, meaning it is ready to move into as is.

Why are you moving?

We decided to move as we needed a bit more space and a second bedroom as we are planning on starting a family soon. The flat was ideal for us before, but it is just time to move on!

What do you love about the area?

Walthamstow has been a brilliant place to live, and Green Pond Close is great, as it is so close to transport links (i.e. the Victoria Line tube at Blackhorse Road just a 5-10 minute walk away), bus routes and all the shops and amenities that the area has to offer.

Walthamstow is an area full of life and regeneration, it is claimed to have the longest street market in Europe, which gives off a real 'East end' vibe from the many stalls, shops, restaurants and cafes. Any time our families come to visit from outside of London, they always say how much they love it in Walthamstow!
