A 2 double bedroom ground floor garden flat which excellently combines the character of a period building with a wonderful modern finish and extension to make an excellent and highly sought after home. The whole property was recently refurbished and includes lovely period features such as the exposed brick fireplace and wood floors. The work has been done to a great standard by the current owners and we love the care and attention to detail all the way down to the mammalian handles on the cupboard doors. The statement piece of the flat though has to be the West-Facing conservatory reception which opens into the patio and lawn area of the Sun-trap garden, a true little oasis.
There's space for those who need to work from home as demonstrated by the current owners, but you're also a short walk from the Tube and TFL service at Walthamstow Central for anyone needing to commute or for trips out to Central London. This also means the great selection of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops that Walthamstow is known for are all within easy reach, as are the quiet delights of Walthamstow Village easily accessed along Beulah Path.
Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We love the open plan air feel to the place, opening up the original second bedroom and the kitchen plus adding the conservatory completely maximised the space. Having a garden, especially in this current climate, has been a God send.
The location is perfect for local amenities, transport and it is only a short walk to the Village and the local breweries.
Why are you moving?

What do you love about the area?
There is all you need and more: Wood street cafes and pubs, Epping forest on the doorstep, walking distance to Hollow Pond and the just refurbished Alfred Hitchcock Hotel. Walthamstow is also renowned for its schools.
