What do you love most about your home?

We have loved the open plan kitchen and living area which has been great for entertaining. The room is flooded with light, and with the property being south facing the sun can be enjoyed throughout the day. The garden is a perfect size, allowing us to have barbecues and grow our own veg which has been lots of fun! The contemporary design along with the traditional features of a victorian home are lovely, and both bedrooms provide ample space.

Why are you moving?

We are relocating after finding a new job.

What do you love about the area?

This property is perfectly situated between Hackney and Walthamstow village. By foot, we can easily access all of our favourite local jaunts; Chatsworth road, Lower Clapton, St James's St. and Walthamstow Village. The access to the outdoors is unparalleled to anywhere that we have lived in previously in London. A short walk to the Wetlands and Walthamstow Marshes, takes you to the River Lea, and a stroll along here will take you to Hackney Wick and Victoria Park. Alternatively, just up the road is Epping Forest, beginning at the Hollow Ponds and stretching north into Essex. We are extremely well connected, being between the Central Line in Leyton, the Victoria Line in Walthamstow and the Overground service into Liverpool St. from St James's Street, not to mention the many bus routes serving the city.
