What do you love most about your home?

We love how the light floods into our bedroom and living room in the morning. Being south facing and having large bay windows and high ceilings, really makes our home light and airy. There is a lovely energy to this house which is what originally attracted us to it. The open lounge and dining room is a great space for us to relax while our toddler has plenty of space to play.

We also love our garden and the gorgeous plum tree in it, offering its shade and fruit to us each summer. The loft room also offers a great space to work from without having to sacrifice a bedroom and has been a Godsend during the past year while we've both been working from home.

Why are you moving?

We are moving to accommodate our growing family as we would like to have another child within the next year or two and need some extra space.

What do you love about the area?

We have wonderful neighbors who have been a real asset during the difficult times of the pandemic, in fact, they have made our decision to sell a very difficult one. Also, being around the corner from one of the very best nurseries and schools in Walthamstow (Ofstead outstanding) has been amazing; apart from the convenience that comes with sending our son there, we have made quite a few new friendships with other local parents.

We love the fact there are so many accessible green spaces on our doorstep. We are a 5min bike ride away from the marshes and the wetlands and we visit them multiple times a week. The box park at CRATE is also heaps of fun with a great coffee shop, pub, and delicious food all less than a 10min walk away.
