What Do We Love About our Home?
It has a massive open plan living / dining / kitchen with a perfect layout where even though open plan all areas are nicely segregated.
Being on the 10th floor there is an uninterrupted park and city view from every room which is very rare in London
No tall building closeby so no one looks into our flat or balcony
Very bright and sunny flat with big glass windows throughout
Good sized bathrooms and bedroom (especially the second bedroom as usually those are smaller in most properties)
Top floor flat - the luxury of having no upstairs neighbor, being so high above the street, no noise issues at all
Underfloor heating throughout the flat
Luckily we got the car park as well as it was offered to only 3 beds in the development

Living here for 3 years never felt unsafe or had a bad experience
