What Do We Love About our Home?
It has a massive open plan living / dining / kitchen with a perfect layout where even though open plan all areas are nicely segregated.
Being on the 10th floor there is an uninterrupted park and city view from every room which is very rare in London
No tall building closeby so no one looks into our flat or balcony
Very bright and sunny flat with big glass windows throughout
Good sized bathrooms and bedroom (especially the second bedroom as usually those are smaller in most properties)
Top floor flat - the luxury of having no upstairs neighbor, being so high above the street, no noise issues at all
Underfloor heating throughout the flat
Luckily we got the car park as well as it was offered to only 3 beds in the development
Kitchen has ample space to cook / kitchen appliances / storage
What Do We Love About the Area?
Living here for 3 years never felt unsafe or had a bad experience
Outstanding rated school right next to the building and with a couple more in walking distance
Priory park right in front of the building which has an excellent children's play area
Central park 10min walk which is a big park with a lovely cafe
Multiple takeaway options of all cuisines and lots of authentic Indian joints
Tesco 5 min walk away and also lots of European and Asian grocery stores as well
Tube station and Bus stops 5-6mins walk with quick and easy transport to central London
Community like never experienced before, we know most of our neighbors, there are Facebook and WhatsApp groups where we help each other and also arrange get togethers, book clubs, pub lunches
Bolyn Pub right around the corner that recently got a multi million pound refurbishment
Why Are We Moving?
This flat has been lucky for us, both of us progressed quickly in our careers since moving here and have a growing family so need and can afford more space for future kids and spare room for parents who live abroad
