What do you love most about your home? I love the position of the property and its proximity to things like the City and its transport links, and during the last year being so close to Stepney Green Park has been amazing. The property is southward-facing and its large living area gets tonnes of light for the majority of the day, which is awesome. The layout of the flat, too, is perfect for 2-3 people. There are two balconies too, which can be used either for storage or, in the case of the summer time, extra time outside.
Why are you moving? I've lived here since the property was built and am sad to leave, but my partner and I are soon to get married and want a house with more bedrooms.
What do you love about the area? There's always quite a bit going on which I really like - Genesis Cinema is literally down the road so stumbling out of the cinema past 11pm and walking 1 min home is a real luxury. There's an increasing number of great restaurants, bars, and pubs in the vicinity which is great... never mind Rinkoff's just around the corner for our weekly baked goods and coffee! The thing I love most about the location, though, is the proximity to both Victoria Park and (more closely) Stepney Gardens. During Covid I've been able to live there with my dog and have met so many other people in the park at all times of day. It's great to have such a massive back garden!

The fashionable areas of nearby Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Brick Lane provide an array of stylish shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and the immediate area provides a further abundance of local amenities.
