Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home? We love the exposed brick and large steel pillars which pop up in some of the rooms; this was a genuine textiles factory before becoming flats, so the 'converted warehouse' heritage is genuine. High ceilings and large windows across both floors allow plenty of light. It has unusually large rooms for a Central London flat, so it does not feel small at all. The basement is nice and cool in the summers.
Why are you moving? We are moving because of our growing family.
What do you love about the area? There is so much variety here. You have lots of culture right on your doorstep. Whitechapel art gallery is literally round the corner. Spitalfields market is a few streets over. Add to that brick lane market on Sundays for any kind of food you could want. Great local bread & chocolate shops unique to East London. Easy to head either North to Colombia road flower market (also walking distance) or South in the opposite direction to St.Catherines docks or the Tower of London. We are very close to Spitalfields market which is a real destination for food and drink in particular. Aldgate east, Whitechapel, Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool St stations are all less than 10 mins walk, so we are very well-connected transport-wise. Ref: ISL
