What do you love most about your home? We love the high ceilings, big bay windows and all the original Georgian features. At night when you shut the reclaimed shutters it makes the space so private and cosy. The open plan kitchen and dining is ideal for entertaining and family time.
Why are you moving? We will be really sad to leave but we are currently looking to expand our family and therefore need somewhere with an extra bedroom.
What do you love about the area? The area is very convenient for getting into Croydon with an easy bus, tram or walk. We are close to both Waddon train station and Wandle Park Tram so you can get into London quickly. The property is in the catchment for an outstanding primary school and there are two big supermarkets within walking distance.
