Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home? The spaciousness of the apartment; the landscaped gardens and outdoor space; and the ease of living: having a gym on site and a concierge to take care of day to day matters makes a huge difference. I also love the proximity to East Croydon station. You can be in central London in 16 minutes.
Why are you moving? I am relocating following a promotion at work. I've had a great few years here and will be sad to leave the area behind.
What do you love about the area? Croydon is a vibrant and up and coming area. Having Boxpark on the doorstep is brilliant, the connections into central London are frequent and quick (it makes commuting a dream) and there's access to great green space on your doorstep.
Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage cupboards and attractive wood effect flooring (evident throughout the property), leading into the bright and spacious open plan dual aspect reception/kitchen with direct access out to a private patio, and ample space for relaxing, entertaining and dining. The beautiful kitchen area comprises a sleek range of matching wall and base units with work surfaces incorporating inset sink unit, induction hob with overhead extractor and electric oven, and further space for appliances. There is a spacious double bedroom with a useful inbuilt wardrobe and a stylish bathroom with modern suite and elegant tiling.
The property is superbly located within just a short walk of East Croydon station with superb connections into Central London as well as to Gatwick and the South Coast. The Tramlink service also offers excellent links to Wimbledon and Beckenham. There are an array of local shops, bus routes and amenities nearby, and Croydon town centre is just a short distance away offering a larger selection of branded shopping, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities. Ideal as a first time or investment purchase, viewings are highly recommended.
