What do you love most about your home?
This flat has been my first home, and I have put in so much effort in turning it from a place with potential into a cosy little place that is a small oasis all year round. It is designed as a communal space, with a large open plan kitchen and living room where one actually wants to spend time.
Why are you moving?
Job move to London.
What do you love about the area?
The flat is ideally situated between the city centre and the village outskirts. Well connected to everywhere, with short distance to the hospital, Amex offices, the seafront. A short walk leads to the hills of the downs or the village of Rottingdean, and Kemptown village with its shops and pubs and community spaces is directly there.
